At Selloria.in, we ensure that you receive high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product due to our error, we offer a hassle-free replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • We offer replacement within 10 days of delivery for products that are damaged due to our fault.
  • To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide clear product photos showing the damage.
  • Photos must be sent to us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the product.

How to Request a Replacement

  • Email us at support@selloria.in or WhatsApp us at +91 90147 52296 with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged product
  • Our team will review and confirm the damage.
  • Once approved, the replacement will be shipped within 1 week.

 

Return Policy

At Selloria.in, we aim to provide the best shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions.

 

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with the same packaging, all tags, and accessories (if any).
  • Orders below ₹200 are not eligible for return. If you still wish to return such an order, you will have to bear the reverse shipping charges.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us via email at support@selloria.in or WhatsApp at +91 90147 52296 to request a return.
  • Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will initiate the refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned product.
  • Refund will be credited in customer’s bank account in 24-48 hours after verifying.
  • Refunds will be issued via UPI ID or directly to your bank account.

Important Notes for return

  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • If the product is found to be used, damaged, or missing tags/packaging, the return request may be denied.
  • Reverse shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • The replacement will be provided only for products that are damaged from our end.
  • Any damages caused due to customer handling, improper use, or external factors will not be eligible for replacement.
  • The replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not possible, we may offer an alternative solution.
